What is going to happen in 2025?

Companies frequently do internal assessments based on the S.W.O.T. technique — with good reason. Analyzing an organization based on its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats can be revealing.

By examining the United States — and the wider world — along similar lines, we can uncover a few of the things that might happen in 2025.

Based on current data and past trends, 2025 might go in one of three ways: Positive, Neutral, or Negative.

Will geopolitical tensions dissipate or explode in 2025? Or will they stay the same?

Will there be any major tech, scientific, or medical breakthroughs or outbreaks — good, bad, or indifferent?

Will the global economy rebound? Will nations like the United States and the European Union recover from inflation and avoid recession? Or will economies worsen around the world?
