Buffett’s divesting, Dalio is doomsaying, and Musk is soapboxing his unique brand of unwelcome honesty. Is the writing on the wall?
“China-Taiwan tensions could grip 2024 election as Musk, Buffett and Dalio sound alarms,” reported Kevin Breuninger on May 19, 2023.
“China is already bound to be a major issue in the U.S. campaign as President Xi Jinping pushes to expand his nation’s power,” wrote Breuninger. “China’s policy regarding Taiwan, the world’s leader in the semiconductor industry, could end up making it an even bigger focus.”
“Elon Musk gets blowback from Taiwan after saying there’s a ‘certain inevitability’ China will integrate it,” wrote Steve Mollman for Fortune on May 20, 2023.
