RFK Jr. won appeals in North Carolina and Michigan to have his name removed from the ballots, and Donald Trump’s sentencing in NY hush-money case was delayed until after the election.

The latest round of election-related legal challenges has resulted in what may wind up being a net benefit for the Republican Party. It’s bad news for Democrats. In a race likely to be close, everything counts between now and Election Day.

First, since withdrawing from the race and endorsing former President Donald Trump two weeks ago, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has been frantically working to get his name removed from the ballot in several important swing states.

Initially, it looked as if RFK Jr. might fail. No more.
