It’s the subject on everyone’s mind this week — and not just on Capitol Hill. Though Democrats keep asking the question — “Will incumbent President Joe Biden be the Democratic Party nominee in November? — and getting the same answer — “Yes.” — the question persists.

For his part, President Biden has been refusing all calls for him to drop out of the race.

“I want you to know that despite all the speculation in the press and elsewhere, I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump,” CNN quoted President Joe Biden, according to a letter sent Monday to Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill and “obtained by CNN.”
